Actually downloaded the app on my iPod first. I was bored and looking for things related to EL and came across it. I joined soon after and started coming more often.

I found Elfen Lied when I was browsing YouTube and I found this video tribute with the Lies Remix and it looked really AWESOME! So I've been a HUGE fan ever since! I'm reading the manga now. It has over 100 chapters and I'm only on chapter 57...but I'll read it all! I love Lucy! She's my favorite!

I really don't remember....I'd give anything to remember. But i think, the first episode i've saw was 10 ( Lucy's past). That episode made me more curious. I think the first time I saw a video on youtube ... or something like that... Then, after 2-3 years i've re-watched it, I Awakened old memories, And here I am now... This anime is closest to me My Words Are Weapons

I saw Elfen Lied on YouTube (At that time I didn't know it at that time). I thought it was awesome and then I researched about it. After some few hours I figured out, what the anime was called. I found a homepage where I could watch all the episodes and now I have re-watched it like 3-4 times and I still think it´s amazing. Then I searched for a fan group on google and this was the first link.

Hello everyone. I'm a 16 years old spanish boy that, to be honest and humble, didn't like anime and mangas during all my lifetime (except Naruto or Dragon ball and so on...). But, everything suddenly changed. A friend of mine told me to watch some series called Elfen Lied, about a girl that kills people with invisible arms in a terrible gory way. I was kind of surprised, but I said to myself, lets give it a try. Guys, I can't just describe in english how sad and moved I felt when I finished this anime... It's probably the most emotional and saddest thing I have ever seen, just, no words. Actually after watching the anime, I had like a strange sensation of sadness... even depression that lasted for 2 weeks or so, and now everytime I listen to that beautiful song, Lilium, I cry like a little child. This anime has scarred me for life, seriously. I won't regret for anything. As I had said guys, I have no words or the "resources" to describe how this anime has actually, changed my point of view. Sorry for my english. I'm so happy I have found this fansite I just needed to unburden myself. I will be glad to stay with you guys and share everything I can.And, before I end this HUGE brick, I would like to ask you something: I have heard about an S2R project, or so... how is it going nowadays? P.D: I saw Elfen lied in an anime spanish page.

Hey Claarke! That happens, I actually only started watching anime when I was 17 (I did watch Pokemon, Dragon Ball, and so on when I was a child). It's great that you enjoyed Elfen Lied to that extent, the most something impress us the hardest it is to describe how it feels, I understand you. Be very welcome and it's a nice pleasure to meet you, someone from a neighbour country, hope to meet you again in the forum or chat, have fun! How did I find ELF? Well one day I was browsing the interwebs when I decided to pay a visit to youtube. It was there that I watched a video titled "Top 10 goriest animes ever". Guess what was number one? You guessed it: Elfen Lied. I thought "that looks like nothing I've ever seen before! I think I'll give it a try." So over the next few days i watched Elfen Lied all the way to the end. Needless to say, with Elfen Lied being amazing, and with there only being 13 episodes, I wanted more. I furiously searched google, to see if there was an S2 or anything of the sort. Sadly there was no S2 but I did see a link for this site. I clicked the link and found myself here. And the rest, as they say, is history. |

After that, I got really hooked to the series, even a little bit drepressed, but that just shows how much I love Elfen Lied. Searching through google for a S2, I found this fansite, the best thing Ive ever done .Greetings from Spain. |

Since I came into this anime/manga one week ago today, I have done nothing but consume as much of this anime as I possibly could, which means I have been frequenting this website. My girlfriend came across it on Netflix, and watched half of the first episode before we had to go somewhere. I asked her what it was about and thought I sounded dumb. Later, my friend came over and we booted it up to see what it was about...and we sat here for the 4+ hours to watch each episode till 2:30 in the morning. ...This started my journey. Now I am currently reading the translated mangas. |

i found elfen lied by randomly searching youtube videos as soon as i watched the first episode i was hooked before finding elfen lied i had no intrest in anime but since ive watched it and read the manga i watched highschool of the dead gnatz and meany more and when i wanted to find a place to talk about elfen lied without people who have never even watched el bash it so here i am now |
